Awakening Alphae

This was originally supposed to be a birthday gift for Lou, but for some reason I just stopped working on it. ._. Derp.

Anyway; I got inspired for this by reading one of Lou's teaser for her story 'Ace, A Young Dragon's Tale'. I made a design for Zoey and gave my own interpretation of Alphae. He actually looks a lot plainer. But I wanted it to be a Chinese dragon since I had recently mastered the skill of drawing those. So here he is. In all his statue-y glory.
